How The Christian Handles Inflation. Part [15] 07/03/2024 (Evening thought)

Genesis 41:35 And let them gather all the food of those good years that come, and lay up corn under the hand of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. 36 And that food shall be for store to the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; that the land perish not through the famine.

The prophecies given in the Bible pertaining to the last days of earth’s history were not meant to scare the remnant people of God, but rather are intended for us to position ourselves intelligently to meet the difficulties that are coming upon the land, in short order. The prophecies which pertain to the last day events of earth’s history, contain very valuable information, so that the remnant people of God could navigate the difficulties, until such time when we are bidden to let go and let God, since we are all instructed to occupy until Jesus comes.

In other words, there are spiritual components to the end time prophecies, as well as temporal ones, which, if we were to dig below the surface, we will unearth very valuable information that is written in dark sentences, as it were, to the casual reader. And Just for your clarification, a dark sentence in the Bible is one in which the deeper meaning isn’t readily apparent, which means you will have to read your Bible very slowly, taking time to digest, and to understand what God is really saying to us.

For instance, in the end time prophecies of Isaiah, in which he accurately predicts a significant increase of heat, and global warming, he is not only giving us a sign; he is also telling us which industries and trades would do well during that era for after close analysis of the predicted famine in Egypt it is discovered that Joseph did pretty well.

Genesis 41:56 And the famine was over all the face of the earth: and Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt. 57 And all countries came into Egypt to Joseph for to buy corn; because that the famine was so sore in all lands.

May God add His blessing to the study of His word. “Good night” and God bless!
