2nd Chronicles 7:13 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; 14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.
This passage gives us the pertinent instructions on what to do at a time of national crisis, and it's because we cannot hold our peace any longer that we have no choice but to lift our voices in warning, about the results of casting aside God's law, as it pertains to the sacred marriage institution. If there is anyone out there listening, we earnestly beseech you by the mercies of God to pay close attention to what the Lord has given us today, for every one of us will be affected by it to a larger or lesser extent.
When we have sinned nationally, and the dire results begin to overspread the land, we should not view them as God taking revenge on us, for Christ died to save us from our sins, not to cause our utter destruction. Instead, we should view the current developments across the globe, and here nationally, as a direct call to repentance and reform, for God's hands of mercy are still stretched out to save, and if we confess and forsake our national and individual sins, He will forgive and heal our land, just as He has promised in the above verses.
The following therefore is a detailed time-line of events that have taken place since that fatal day of June 16th, the Friday that when supreme court lifted its hands in rebellion against the God of heaven, and shook the very foundations of society, by instituting gay marriage as the law of the land in all fifty states. The following business day, which was Monday 29th 2015, the Dow Jones industrial average dropped 350 points, as world markets were terribly shaken by various events, and since then it has plummeted to levels not seen in a year, and according to the scriptures which cannot lie, is scheduled to continue to drop precipitously, as the financial carnage continues to deepen even more. Fears that Greece's troubles could spread through the global financial system shook markets on Monday, driving U.S. stocks to their worst day of the year. Investors fled from stocks in Europe and the U.S. and retreated to the safety of government bonds. For the day, The Dow Jones industrial average fell 350.33 points, or 2 percent, to 17,596.35. The Standard & Poor's 500 index lost 43.85 points, or 2.1 percent, to 2,057.64. The Nasdaq composite dropped 122.04 points, or 2.4 percent, to 4,958.47.
It is worthy of note, that from that day forward, it has continued to drop for some unknown reason, with some bobbing and weaving in between, but overall, a sharp downward trajectory is seen, which has baffled economists and financial traders the world over. Then on last Friday, August 21st it suddenly plummeted 531 points, to its lowest level since 2014, and many people, analysts, and investors are searching for reasons why this unusually brutal blood-bath in the financial markets, is continuing to ripple across the Globe. Let's read:

America's stock market plunged dramatically Friday, marking its biggest loss of the year.
The Dow plummeted 531 points, concluding its worst week since 2011. Around the world, major indexes also fell for the week and most are negative for the month. Overseas stock markets' losses were just as bad, if not worse, with some indexes in China and the U.K. stock market all now in correction.
And if these disturbances are any omens of things to come, it points us to another day (Today, August 24 2015), when financial markets right here in America, and across the globe will be terribly shaken. To put the whole scenario into perspective, from that fatal day of the supreme court ruling on same sex marriage, on Friday June 26th, to August 21st 2015, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has dropped a total of 1487 points, and today August 24th, there will be another blood-bath, for the financial markets will again be rattled to their very core, by an unknown fear and uncertainty that has gripped the secular world.
The Lord would have us understand that these developments are just the fulfillment of the prophecies, which deal with the practice of alternative lifestyles, and they are the direct result of casting aside the sacred law that He has ordained we should live by. As was stated several times before on this forum, there is not a single instance in the Bible, where a nation or an individual was blessed in exchange for disobedience, and as a gentle reminder, God is now pointing us to the laws of cause and effect, which will run their due course, as long as we persist in sin. Let's read:
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: 25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. 26 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you.
Isaiah 24:3 The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the Lord hath spoken this word. 4 The earth mourneth and fadeth away, the world languisheth and fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish. 5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. 6 Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
In lieu of these stern warnings, it behooves us to lift our united voice against the evils that have overspread the land as a pall of death, and not sit in silence while we watch this great nation go over the cliff. It is our sacred duty, not only to pray for reformation and change, but also to let others know of the real cause behind the present turmoil, so that everyone may be able to make an informed decision, either for or against Christ. God is now calling for an immediate reversal of the law on same-sex marriage, and He is more than willing to forgive and forget, if we are willing to repent and forsake sin, according to our first passage in 2nd Chronicles.
We therefore end with a passage of scripture which lays before our nation, the choices we now have, and it is the will of God that we not harden our hearts in rebellion, but humble ourselves in the dust, so that His restraining power may be enlisted against the millions of devils that were let loose on June 26th 2015. Let's read:
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: 20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
He that hath an ear to hear, let him hear what The Spirit of God is saying to nations and individuals alike. "Good night" and God bless!
In addition to this, many wildfires are burning at a rate and destroying thousands of square miles of vegetation and structures, in so much that soldiers have now been called in to help with the fiery deluge, that shows no signs of letting up soon. And to us as readers and students of the word, let us not even think about being entirely insulated against the negative side effects that will certainly accrue, for we are all a part of that great sea of humanity, and none of us live unto ourselves. Let's read:
