Genesis 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it".... 21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. 24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
These verses of scripture reveal to us the two sacred institutions given to the human family in the garden of Eden, which were to be a model for all future generations. The Sabbath was to be God's sacred day of rest, set apart and sanctified by Himself, so that the beings He has created would not be tempted to forgetfulness of the One who brought us into existence. The second institution, which is marriage between one man and one woman, forms the structural building blocks of all society, and is well designed by a perfect God to bring stability, longevity and happiness to nations and individuals alike.
Thus these two sacred institutions cannot be disregarded or deliberately violated with impunity, for whenever this is done, a train of negative circumstances and tragedies will be set in motion, and God will not intervene to reverse the results of a wrong course of action. It's necessary therefore to spell out in detail, what the results of our current interference with the sacred marriage institution will inevitably be, so that all who read the word of God may take cover.
If for any reason gay marriage is made the law of the land in all fifty states, as it is now widely expected to be the case, a national crisis will be triggered, which will adversely affect our financial institutions, and will set in motion unprecedented natural and man-made disasters of no ordinary kind. Everyone will be affected in some way or another because the crunch will be unusually brutal, this according to the word of God. Let's read:
Leviticus 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. 24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: 25 And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants. 26 Ye shall therefore keep my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations; neither any of your own nation, nor any stranger that sojourneth among you. 29 For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people. 30 Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the Lord your God.
These solemn words of warning are not taken seriously as they should be, and many scoffers are now poking fun at what is being described in may circles as ancient theology. But a very rude awakening is coming our way, the likes of which we have never anticipated, for the word of God will be fulfilled, whether we believe it or not. If the marriage institution falls, then the next shoe to drop will be the seventh day Sabbath, for they are the only two ordinances given to man in Eden. The financial, natural, and man-made calamities which will strike us as a result of the violation of the marriage institution, will then cause some "Wise" soul to realize that it is disobedience to God which is triggering these calamities, and thus we will seek for a spiritual solution, which will be sought through the institution of Sunday as a national day of rest.
This will then bring our probation to a final close, for whenever we presume to eliminate God from His creation, by striking down His sabbath, then we may know for certain that Christ will exchange His priestly robes for the garments of vengeance, a situation which is alluded to in the book of Daniel. Let's read:
Daniel 12:1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
We are now living on the brink of eternity, and even though philosophers and intellectuals are looking forward to many years of prosperity, and even though builders and contractors are constructing and planning with future profits in mind, yet the word of God teaches us that the end of all things is at hand, and therefore it behooves us to make straight paths for our feet, lest we be involved in the general destruction which is to take place after Christ leaves the Most holy place of the heavenly sanctuary.
It is because of the urgency of our current situation, and the apparent inability of our leaders to see what is just around the corner, that the warnings are now being given, so that all who will may find shelter, whilst probation still lingers. We therefore end with a passage of scripture which calls on all honest hearted people to align themselves with the kingdom of light, for the day of God hasteth greatly, and who shall be able to stand, except we be found in Christ?. Let's read:
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. 5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. 8 Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
He that hath an ear to hear, let him hear what The Spirit saith to the churches. God bless!
